Unemployment is the awkward or inconvenient system when there is no employment. Unemployment is a growing problem in Nepal due to population growth and lack of job opportunities. If the pace of modernization of agriculture could be accelerated, the problems of unemployment would be reduced. The problem of unemployment has also increased due to the delay and many complications in the construction of Nepal today.
Due to the lack of agriculture in Nepal, there are no employment opportunities. Due to the open border with India, the migration of Indian workers from India to Nepal due to other unemployment problems is very old. After getting employment opportunities, the problem of unemployment has come down in some ways. Workers going abroad for employment have to face many problems. Many such problems have arisen due to fraudulent brokers, lack of protection of one's rights, non-receipt of compensation in case of death and mutilation, lack of institution to send the earned money home. On the other hand, those who have gone abroad in search of work and food due to unemployment have been plagued by problems such as disintegration of family status, frustration in families, and village emptiness.
With the growing population, young people are wandering in search of employment. Due to lack of quality and practical education, the youth have not been able to get employment opportunities. Unemployment is on the rise instead of decreasing due to the closure of large and small industries in the country during the transition period of the country.
Today, the problem of unemployment is becoming difficult in Nepal. If there was peace in the country, there would be some hope if the work could be completed. In this situation, if the industry and employment opportunities can be increased, the employment problem can be solved.
